Refunds will only be applied to the original form of card payment, to a dolly mama gift card, or in accordance with applicable local laws.

If you’ve tested out your shoes and they’re not working for you, we’re happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 10 days of the original purchase date (shoes must be in the box and accompanied by proof of purchase).
